I want to call it CP, but... 147 miles? Plastic wrap? If I had the money/mustang collection, this would be in it.

Crack pipe. This extremely low mileage Cobra R is also available, albeit at an asking price 22k lower. 570 miles (147 vs 717) is not worth the 22k difference in my opinion. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Musta…

Yeah, I'd just go ahead and rip all that plastic out of it in the sellers driveway, and do a nice long burnout all the way home.

Also, hang on just a second here. Did I read that correctly? A car with 147 miles needs something fixed? I'm sorry, but have that shit fixed before I pick it up. For 55k, that thing better have a full tank of good gas in it too when I show up.

Totally not worth it. I'll stick to my own jelly beans, thanks.

even if this guy gets his 55k, it wasn't worth keeping it as an investment piece and not driving it for the past 19 years. The value has essentially just kept up with the rate of inflation.

As I recall, Ken Lingenfelter was selling his 2000 Cobra R not too long ago with ~2000 on the odo, and for about the same price... 2000 Cobra with no dry-rot > 1995 Cobra with lots of dry-rot

CP, CP, CP. No reason at all for this to be that much.

If I was an eccentric collector? NP. Why not?

Although if I was an eccentric collector I'd already have one and a 2000 Cobra R.
